the boost jets for sure unless for some reason the previous owner had 2 sets of boost jets by accident or if they were installed at the wastegate side of the hose instead of at the tb intake side of hose. I will pull that factory hose from wastegate to tb intake pipe and examine closer for boost jets but it is unlikely. If there is for sure no more boost jets in there, what else could cause this? Like i said it seems to be running fine and tunable, just cant get boost to drop way down so i can set hi and low setting. Also, at full boost(18psi) there is slight hesitation, but no sputter or ping(det). thanks for the help guys.
